About the Event
Strained child-parent relationships are magnified on days when everyone is celebrating their intimate parental relationships.
This Father's Day, you're invited to tend during this free group tarot reading and decompression-focused SUNSOAKED Session.
Behind the scenes, I have been working on something that means a lot to me: a self-guided workshop (for lack of a better word) for self-tending when challenging child-parent relationships get too heavy to carry alone.
It is called STRAINED.
STRAINED is the kind of resource that you can step into repeatedly to care for yourself in the now. It is designed to welcome transformation, without having to re-live or express what I have come to call source trauma. Source trauma refers to the patterns of dysfunction and landmark instances of relational rupture that lead to strained, low-contact, and no-contact child-parent dynamics.
